7:00 – 9:45 AM — Morning: Sleep in / Light breakfast buffet at Retreat Mansion or 7 AM Optional Trail Run / Breath Work / Cold Lake Dip at Jordanelle (led by Dave)
10:00 – 3:00 PM — Activity: Beautiful Nature Hike + Lunch in downtown Park City
4:00 – 5:00 PM — Workshop: Led by the Gandaras / Ice Breaking Activity
6:00 – 9:30 PM — Dinner: DATE NIGHT – Free evening for couples with recommended romantic restaurants
Saturday, September 26 (Day 3)
7:00 – 8:00 AM — Optional Sunrise Couples Solo Date Walk
8:00 – 9:00 AM — Light breakfast buffet at Retreat Mansion
9:00 – 1:30 PM — Activity: Hike through golden aspen groves + guided yoga and breathwork on Deer Valley Mountain + mountainside lunch at Stein Erikson Hotel
3:00 – 5:00 PM — Workshop: Couples Vivid Vision Session
5:30 – 7:30 PM — Dinner: Private Chef Cooks Feast at Retreat Mansion
7:30 – 9:30 PM — Night Fun: Couples Game Night Challenge
Sunday, September 27 (Day 4)
Morning: Light breakfast buffet at Retreat Mansion – Early start for day hikes
5:30 AM – 5:30 PM — Group A: Mount Timpanogos Hike (Led by Dave & Joel) – 5:00 AM departure
9:00 AM – 3:00 PM — Group B: Blood Lake Hike (Led by Xiao) – Scenic drive over Guardsman Pass + Lunch in Midway
5:30 – 8:00 PM — Group B prepares dinner for returning Group A
8:00 – 10:00 PM — Night Fun: Couples Stargazing
Monday, September 28 (Day 5)
7:00 – 8:00 AM — Optional Sunrise Walk & Stretch
8:00 – 10:00 AM — Light breakfast buffet at Retreat Mansion
9:00 – 3:00 PM — Wellness Day: Couples massage, yoga, and meditation at Retreat Mansion
12:00 – 2:00 PM — Lunch at Retreat Mansion or last date out
2:00 – 4:00 PM — Workshop: Led by Joel & Jessica Gandara
5:00 – 8:00 PM — Finale Dinner: Private Room at Matilda Italian
Tuesday, September 29 (Day 6)
Activity: Depart for home inspired by nature and more in love than ever
