Saturday, September 27, 2025 (Day 2)

• Morning: Sleep in, breakfast on your own
• Activity: Hike through golden aspen groves, followed by a private yoga session on Deer Valley Mountain. Enjoy a mountainside lunch at the famous Stein Erikson Hotel
• Dinner: Free evening for couples to bond over a romantic dinner date (we’ll provide our top dining recommendations)

Sunday, September 28, 2025 (Day 3)

• Morning: Optional trail run led by Dave Rothenstein
• Activity: Brunch at Five Seed restaurant, followed by a couples art workshop at a local studio

• Dinner: Buffet dinner at the Retreat House

Monday, September 29, 2025 (Day 4)

• Morning: Split into groups for inspiring day hikes
  • Gents: Hike Mount Timpanogos (A challenging, rewarding hike)
  • Ladies: Drive Guardsman Pass to the peak of Deer Valley, hike to the stunning Blood Lake surrounded by fall colors; lunch and shopping in Heber Valley
• Evening: Dinner buffet at the Retreat House and couples game night
• Accommodation: Charming hotel in Old Town Park City, just steps from Main Street

Tuesday, September 30, 2025 (Day 5)

• Morning: A day of wellness and relaxation, with couples massages, yoga, and meditation at the Retreat House
• Lunch: Enjoy a mountainside lunch in perfect fall weather
• Afternoon: Couples Workshop: Take a journey to the future and build your Vivid Vision together for your ideal dream life by December 31, 2028
• Evening: Dinner buffet at the Retreat House, followed by a reflection session to share your Vivid Visions with each other
