1. Program Overview

By applying to and/or participating in the 31 Daily Challenges Affiliate Program (the “Program”), you (“Affiliate”, “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. Upon acceptance, you will receive: (a) a personalized affiliate link and (b) a personal discount code. Your link and code are managed through the GOAFFPRO platform and enable us to track qualifying referrals and sales.

At our discretion, we may grant a sign-up bonus of any amount, and you may also receive a one-time discount coupon for a first purchase, granted on a case-by-case basis by our Affiliate Manager.

2. Eligibility & Application

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • All applications are manually reviewed by our team. Approval is at our sole discretion.
  • Applicants must share the same values as 31 Daily Challenges. We look for people who genuinely believe in building better daily habits and who represent that message honestly to their audience.
  • Your profile must be complete for your application to be approved. Provide complete and accurate information in your application — applications missing required information will not be approved.
  • Affiliate sign-up and submission forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA.

Approval decisions are typically made within 3 business days.

3. Encouraged Promotion & Social Media

  • We encourage affiliates to share their affiliate link directly with people they think would benefit from our challenges — friends, family, clients, community members, or anyone else in their network.
  • We encourage affiliates to promote 31 Daily Challenges through their native social media platforms.

4. Links, Cookies & Tracking

  • Cookies persist for 27 days. Sales are credited to the last click before purchase.
  • Personal sales do not earn commission. Your own purchases (self-referrals) are recorded for reporting purposes; the commission for such sales is $0.
  • “Nil sales” (no qualifying sales in a period) may be recorded in your dashboard; no commission accrues.

5. Prohibited Activities

Paid Ads Ban: Any sales generated through paid ad platforms (including but not limited to Google Ads and Facebook Ads) are rejected. If such activity continues, the affiliate account will be disabled.

  • Do not engage in misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent practices.
  • Do not use spam, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or unauthorized incentives.
  • Comply with all applicable advertising and disclosure laws and platform policies (e.g., clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required).

6. Commission Structure

The standard commission rate is 20%. Full commission tiers and rates are set forth in our official schedule: Affiliate Program Commissions Schedule.

How Commissions Are Calculated

All commissions are calculated from the order subtotal (removing any taxes, shipping costs, and/or VAT):

  • Any order-level discount is deducted first; affiliate commission is reduced proportionally to the discount percentage.
  • The applicable commission rate is then applied to the resulting amount.

Attribution model: last-click. Cookie window: 27 days.

Coupon code sales: Sales where a buyer uses an affiliate’s coupon code are eligible and will be calculated in accordance with the commission table referenced above, unless otherwise expressly stated on that page.

7. Payouts

  • Minimum Payout: $50 USD
  • Hold Time: 30 days. The amount that can be requested is from the current date, minus the last 30 calendar days.
  • Payout Methods: PayPal or ACH bank transfer

How to Request a Payout

Payouts are requested manually by email.

  1. Check your available balance in the affiliate platform.
  2. Email our team at coach@31dailychallenges.com to request an affiliate payout, and state whether you would like to be paid by PayPal or ACH bank transfer.
  3. Our team will reply to your request and inform you of the amount you can request.*
  4. Generate an invoice and send it to our team. (For PayPal, please refer to PayPal’s documentation on how to generate an invoice.)

Important Note 1: Please make sure that your personal or business information is clearly stated on your invoice — that includes your personal and/or business name, address, phone number, and email.

Important Note 2: Make sure to clearly state the item being a service as “Affiliate Marketing”, “Affiliate Advertising”, or something similar.

Send the invoice to coach@31dailychallenges.com with the subject line [Your Name | Invoice Payout Request]. Our team will pay your invoice as soon as the amount is approved. Once paid, the amount will be deducted from the balance available in your affiliate account.

*The amount that can be requested is from the current date, minus the last 30 calendar days.

We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, with or without notice, including if you:

  • Violate these Terms;
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical behavior;
  • Continue prohibited paid ad activities after being warned; or
  • Provide no information or limited information on your account profile.

10. Legal Terms

Independent Contractor

You are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or partner of 31 Daily Challenges.

Compliance & Disclosures

You must comply with applicable laws and platform rules, and provide clear and conspicuous disclosures of your affiliate relationship where required.

Limitation of Liability

31 Daily Challenges will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Program.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 31 Daily Challenges from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your participation in the Program.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 31 Daily Challenges regarding the Program and supersede prior or contemporaneous communications.

11. Changes to the Program

We may update these Terms, commission rates, or Program structure at any time. Updates will be effective when posted on this page or the Program details page. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the changes.
